Gas chicken rotisserie – Alpina Seduction chicken rotisseries

Plan your next outdoor party with the sharp looking, gas operated chicken rotisserie from Alpina Grills. Alpina makes several gas chicken rotisseries, and the one I like the most is the Seduction line of Prestige type “Wall of flames” chicken rotisseries, made in 304 stainless steel with beautiful brass accents, and featuring a patented system for vertical cooking on the upper rod. These chicken rotisseries come in 5 different sizes with capacities ranging from 12 to 42 chickens, and while the Mini Seduction is the most suitable for your home kitchen with 2 spits for 2 to 4 chickens, all the Seduction rotisserie machines can be manufactured in large or small version. And all except the Mini Seduction, can adapt a wheelbase, a double glass door and intermediate trays as needed.

Typically, every Seduction rotisserie features independently ignited burners – one burner for two rods, electronic ignition and regulation, halogen lights, removable fat tray and panels between the burners for quick and easy cleaning, gas security by ionization and separate 220 Volt motors. Available in natural gas or liquid propane. Measuring W860 x D530 x H705 mm, the Mini Seduction styling is somewhat similar to La Cornue Flamberge built-in rotisserie and Diva de Provence rotisserie. Contact Alpina for the prices, but I would expect them to start at $4,000 – $5,000 minimum.
