The newest Turbochef oven is the Speedcook double wall oven. Oven is designed to enable you cook fast. Rack of lamb in 4 minutes. 12 pound turkey in 42 minutes. The double wall Turbochef oven top cavity incorporates Airspeed Technology previously available only to commercial restaurants. Food is cooked in this double wall oven with exceptional quality, and up to 15 times faster than a conventional oven. Self-cleaning with menu-driven control system, classic style analog clock and timer, triple pane window, LCD display and on-demand help, the top cavity makes Speedcook oven truly unique. The bottom cavity of this double wall oven comes with 4 heating elements – convection, inner and outer broilers and bake, digital interface that displays temperature and time, and 7 cook modes.
