It has simmer sear burner with output between 800 and 18,000 BTUs, ideal for the super-specific simmer, sear or sauté at ultra-low or ultra-high temps. And according to Dacor, these are the only premium gas ranges that offer such cooking flexibility, using multiple burner configurations to cook different foods at different BTUs and in various sized pots and pans, all at the same time. The range also offers one sealed gas burner with 9,500 BTUs and 2 extra powerful sealed gas burners with 15,000 BTUs each. Its 2 continuous platform grates are each 14″ wide, giving you a spacious cooking surface for oversized pots and pans. Perma-Flame automatic reignition, Smart Flame technology, Star-K Certification, 6″ tall backguard and sealed cooktop for easy clean-up.
The 4.0 cubic foot manual clean oven of these Dacor ranges come with a hidden stainless steel 30,000 BTU bake element and an infrared ceramic 18,000 BTU broil element. It offers three-part convection system with fan, air baffle and convection filter, ensuring precise temperature control, superior heat distribution and zero flavor transfer. 4 cooking modes include Convection Bake, Convection Broil, Bake and Broil. Other key features are electronic hot surface igniters on bake and broil elements, 3 adjustable 6-positions chrome racks, removable rack support for easy cleaning, 20 watt halogen light, large glass window and heavy duty door hinge.
