Caple Gastron range cooker

Recently endorsed by Aldo Zilli, one of UK leading chefs, the dual fuel double cavity Caple Gastron is one versatile range cooker, that cooks perfectly everything from juicy steaks, healthy fish and vegetables to succulent roast chicken and crispy, flavorful pizza. The 100cm wide Caple cooker has hob with 4 gas burners, including a large triple ring burner, a rapid burner, a semi-rapid burner and a simmer burner. It also features 2 ceramic plates, 16cm in diameter with 1.2 kW each as well as cast iron griddle and pan supports, auto electronic ignition and flame failure shut off. The 61 litre Gastron main oven comes with programmable electronic timer and 9 functions, which include light, conventional heat, turbo conventional heat, fan heat, base heat, top heat, full grill, turbo grill and turbo defrost. The small oven has capacity of 35 litres and 5 functions – light, conventional heat, grill with rotisserie option, base heat and top heat. Other features of the Caple Gastron include triple glazed doors with heat reflective glass, full width sealed inner door glass, tangential cooling fan, closed door grilling full width storage drawer, 2 shelves with support racks in main oven, 1 shelf with support racks in small oven, 2 grill pans with handles, 2 enamelled baking trays and 1 rotisserie rack.
