As with other Neff range cookers, the stainless steel is material of choice as well as most advanced technological features including the CircoTherm fan that circulates unheated air through the entire oven speeding up defrosting times, making sure that delicate foods and meats keep their flavours and textures intact. Top and bottom heat supplies conventional cooking heat at the oven top and bottom, so the heat travels to the oven center by natural conduction making your baking chores a breeze. Bottom only heat option lets you control heat temperature and intensity, so you can get that perfectly crisp underside in your pizza dish or pastry case. Top only heat is a must when you want to get browning dishes just right, so your cauliflower and macaroni with cheese will really stand out. Two other cool cooking regimes are Full surface grill and Hot air. The one piece cooker hob has 3 removable cast iron pan supports, 2 standard burners, 1 rapid burner, 2 wok burners and 1 economy burners. Each oven cavity comes with metal shelf support rails that can be positioned on several levels. The main lower left oven is a hot air main oven with defrost. The upper left and upper right ovens feature conventional top and bottom heating, separate top and bottom heating and full surface grill. The lower right storage drawer allows you to store all cooking accessories close to where the action is.
