The Premier 36″ gas range is ProSeries 36″ commercial style gas range (P36S338BP) that comes with six sealed burners, high-rise stainless steel back-guard and removable shelf. This one is the most versatile 36″ gas range on the market featuring 2 high power burners with 15,000 and 12,000 BTU, 3 high efficiency burners with 9,100 BTU each, and one precise simmer burner with BTU range from 600 to 6,000. This Premier range gives you extra fast heat and is easy to clean. Continuous cast iron grates allow easy movement of the heaviest pots from burner to burner without lifting. Electronically ignited top and oven can be lit with match if power fails. Even temperature oven cooks food uniformly and has a keep warm setting at 150 degree. Commercial style knobs and stainless steel handles. Two heavy duty oven racks for multiple food preparation. Interior oven light.
