As well as two ceramic elements and a handy warming zone, the 900E Richmond hob also features two touch control induction elements. Fast, safe and efficient, these will only function at the touch of suitable pans, like enamelled steel, cast iron or magnetic stainless steel, but not your hands. The 900DF cooker features a five burner gas hob, including a powerful 3500W wok burner, cast iron pan supports and a removable cast griddle. A matching wok support is sold separately.
