Mobile teppanyaki grill by Cook-N-Dine

For all of you who love Teppan style grilling, Cook-N-Dine brings the new Bellini, a mobile teppanyaki grill cart, which is a product of an exclusive joint venture between Cook-N-Dine and the Joko company. The whole stainless steel one-piece top actually is the cooktop. The cart features a powerful 1,800 Watt, custom-made single burner unit, which, like all other Cook-N-Dine cooktops, has a ‘warming area’ surrounding the ‘cooking center’ of the unit. With a turn of the 1-10 dial, a Cook-N-Dine produces rapid, even heat from 150 – 450ºF. Bellini comes with patented feature – when on, the cooking center gently bends down a bit, thus forming a shallow cooking pit. When off, the cooking reverts back to be completely flat again. Joko also provides a wide array of attachment-accessories, like bottle holder, knife holder etc. Other features are Easy Slide drawer with ‘Silent Motion’, 2 towel/accessory bars and 4 commercial grade casters with 2 locking. The cart is 100% made-to-order in Italy, while Cook-N-Dine teppanyaki cooktop is manufactured in Germany from 304 stainless steel. The $5,395 price includes the solid Hornbeam pull-out workboard.
