CookTek induction cooktops are portable, powerful and versatile, offering consumers many cooking options and unsurpassed convenience and performance of induction cooking. CookTek makes four main lines of portable induction cooktops for residential use – Apogee, Single hob, Double hob and Wok. Each CookTek induction cooktop line comes with several models, available as freestanding and drop-in.

The Apogee line has an LCD display to provides all the specific information and data you need, every step of the way. Whether it is power control or temperature, 100 precise settings are available using capacitive touch panel with just the slide of your finger. Every CookTek Apogee induction cooktop offers control, design, speed, precision neatly packaged in streamlined shape. These portable induction cooktops come in three freestanding designs – single hob, double hob and single wok. The single hob and wok cooktops each has for models with power ranging from 1,800 watts to 3,500 watts. The double hob comes in front-to-back and side-to-side configurations with 5,000 watts total.

The CookTek Double hob portable induction cooktop can be made as freestanding and drop in, packing a double punch with two burners that each have their own separate controls for independent operation and functionality. Offering 20 power cook settings and 27 temperature controls, the Double induction cooktops are available in both front-to-back and side-to-side configurations and have power ranging from 5,000 watts with 2,500 watts per hob to 7,000 watts with 3,500 watts per hob.

Just like all other CookTek cooktops, the Single hob cooktop line has patented induction cooking system, the SmarTemp technology, with a microprocessor which performs many functions including temperature control. Just beneath the glass of the cooktop is a tiny temperature sensor which connects to the microprocessor. When you set the LED display on your cooktop to a particular temperature, the microprocessor monitors it 120 times per second and cycles itself on and off to maintain the desired temperature. Comes as drop-in or freestanding with power ranging from 1,800 watts to 3,500 watts.

The CookTek Wok induction cooktops are designed and engineered to maximize efficiency and performance, and are extremely fast, safe, clean and energy-friendly, offering accurate and even distribution of heating at precise temperatures. Each MagnaWave induction wok cooktop is constructed of a stainless steel housing and aluminum control box along with a high-impact, high-temperature, recessed plastic wok bowl. An induction coil surrounds the bottom of the plastic bowl to allow for maximum heating distribution of an induction-compatible wok pan. Each wok induction cooktop includes a wok pan.
