Siemens retractable range hood

The innovative Siemens retractable range hood, shown above open and below closed, is designed to increase both, the functionality and aesthetics of the typical kitchen range hood. This 90 cm wide wall-mounted retractable chimney hood prevents user from hitting their heads – when not in use the hood retracts, thus reducing the chance of accidental collision. The extended depth of the hood is 65 cm, but it retracts to just 43 cm when not in use. In addition to its safety features, the Siemens retractable range hood creates a simple, streamlined and compact look as opposed to the look of a typically large and bulky range hood. When extended, this retractable hood provides four halogen lights for a well-lit work space.
